Hello, I'm Sarah.
I'm passionate about empowering women and families to achieve their ideal birth and postnatal experiences with practical and evidence-based support.
I'm a trained, mentored, birth and postnatal doula, an IAIM-qualified infant massage instructor, and mother of two beautiful daughters.
I live on the Kapiti Coast in New Zealand.
